We lease empty properties throughout the UK, from shops to offices, factories to warehouses, which are all made available to, and exclusively used by recipient charities on a temporary, rent-free basis.

Most charities have limited resources, which restricts the location, quality and type of property from which they can operate. Having the use of a temporary property will mean recipient charities are not tied to restrictive leases and the associated costs, thus providing opportunities for one-off projects or to use a property without having the concerns associated with a long-term commitment.

Temporary charitable occupation stimulates growth and creates opportunities for fun, innovation and employment in otherwise unused property.

To promote the efficiency and effectiveness of charities for the benefit of the public by providing recipient charities with access to space in otherwise vacant property on a non-commercial basis.

Our Charitable Purpose is….

To provide recipient charities with the type and size of property in the location they need it on a temporary ‘rent-free’ basis.

There are thousands of empty properties that could be used by recipient charities.

It is this valuable resource that the charity endeavours to find and make available to as many recipient charities as possible, who then use them for their own charitable purposes, which will in turn prevent the properties from falling into disrepair and vulnerable to squatters or vandalism.
